How often does Thera-ski Bus meet?
We have a coffee meet up the fall before the beginning of every ski season. Our ski trips run from beginning of January to Mid March, for a total of 10 Wednesdays. Check our home page at the end of October for updated dates.
Where do I catch the bus and what time?
The bus has 2 stops in the Denver metro area. 1st location is the WEST parking lot of Bethany Lutheran church (4500 E Hampden Ave, Cherry Hills Village, CO 80113). Bus leaves this spot at 7:30 a.m SHARP!

2nd location is the Woolly Mammoth parking lot (west side of I-70 on US40) Please park across from the Exxon station, southwest end at section A. Bus leaves at 8:00 am
Under very rare circumstances we will wait for people, but we all like to get to the mountain as soon as we can, we will miss you if you missed the bus
We leave the mountain at 3:30 p.m. and you guessed it SHARP!
We make sure everyone is accounted at the end of the day, so do share your plans or location if you are stuck on the mountain or are planning to stay up
The return time varies depending on road/ traffic conditions, so plan accordingly!
Where does the bus take you skiing?
We ski Epic ski resorts, This season we are planning on skiing Vail, weather and traffic permitted
Are members in charge of the lift ticket and gear?
That is a 100% YES, Members are in charge of purchasing their lift tickets or passes. If any of our members have discounts or buddy passes and they still like us, they will share. It also helps to ask nicely!
And Yes, you are responsible for all your gear, just bring what you really need though, space is limited in the bus
How do I become a member?
Pretty easy! new members are always welcome. New members have to be introduced and sponsor by a current member. Please have your member friend reach out to our communications team Maggie Carlson (gottaloveart@gmail.com) with your info and we will do the rest.
Current members, please remember a recommendation should be given only to those with whom you have established some sort of friendship, rather than someone you bumped into at the supermarket. You will be responsible for explaining our policies and procedures, including registration, sub lists, cancelations and refunds, bus etiquette, etc. and last but not least, don't send your friend all by herself on her first trip, unless she is some extra extrovert guru, it just makes it awkward.

How do I register for a ski trip?
You will be receiving an email with all the details for the registration soon. Just make sure to check your email and sign all the forms. Registration will open in November.

Can I Cancel a ski trip?
YES! just let us know a.s.a.p we will like to give your spot to someone on the wait list.
What can I bring on the bus?
Excellent question!
You should bring your ski gear (skis and poles will go in the storage compartment of the bus)
There is upper storage in the bus, but is very limited, so try to keep it all in a backpack
Members typically bring:
-Water
-Tea or Coffee
-Snacks (Breakfast or apre ski snacks)
-Ski gear in the bus (helmet, googles, gloves, jacket, skiboots)
-Wine, Beer or preferred apre ski beverage
-If you are a baker or wish to share treats, feel free to bring them as well
